Are you pre-approved for a loan?

If you require a loan for your purchase, then acquiring pre-approval should be top priority. Not having loan pre-approval tells you what your purchase price limits are, helps your lender provide you with estimated monthly payments and weakens the offers you submit when you find the right property.
